Zito Mowa brings a different edge to the Stay True Sounds catalogue, drawing as much from hip-hop beatmaking, jazz, soul and disco as he does from house. After appearing on Stay True Sounds Vol.2 with “Gangsta Whitewalls” in 2019, he released his debut album The Kolour Of Water through the label in 2020. He followed it with Text Me When You Get Home in 2022, continuing his sample-heavy, loose and deliberately nostalgic approach to production.
